Housing
The Housing Committee organizers the SPCA Annual Housing Survey and follow-up. Their focus is to maintain quality housing stock, the renovation of homes, and to promote new home ownership in the Sherman Park Neighborhood.They meet every second Tuesday of each month.

Focus to promote the Sherman Park Today! Brainstorm on new ways to capture their audience, writing articles, editing, and securing ads.
Membership & Volunteer Development
Organize recruitment drives, conduct surveys to determine neighborhood issues, help organize socials and town hall meetings
Fund Raising & Volunteer Development
Create plan for raising funds to support SPCA. Organize special fund raising events.
Education Committee
Brainstorm on solutions related to education issues that affect the quality
Finance & Properties
Help oversee annual operating budget and maintenance of the SPCA administrative offices at 3520-26 W. Fond du Lac
